SHIPPING INFORMATION
Getting your purchase delivered quickly is important to us. We offer the following delivery options:
Deliveries in Sweden:
Standard deliveries by Bring (59 SEK) within 2-4 working days. Please note that we don't offer home deliveries, only to a local service point.
Deliveries in Finland:
Standard deliveries by Bring (10 EUR) within 3-7 working days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
If you change your mind regarding your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days. The return timeline starts the day when you receive the order. Items must be returned in their original condition (along with any accompanying accessories). Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted. Items returned should not be:
- Opened (with exception of damaged or faulty items)
- Used
- Altered
- Refiled
- Partially missing items
Returns that are not compliant with our return conditions won’t be accepted.
MyBR Nordic issues a refund once your returned goods has been processed and accepted.
We manage returned goods within 2 business days. The refund will always be issued to the original method of payment or by correction of invoice by Klarna.
You may put the invoice on pause in the Klarna app while we manage the return. If the invoice has already been paid, the return will be issued by Klarna.
Card refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to complete depending on the bank's processing time.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
- Use the contact form to get in touch with us regarding the return.
- We'll send you a return slip (free of charge).
- Wrap the products in a box to secure the transport back to our warehouse.
- Drop the parcel at your local service point. Make sure that you get the receipt.
- Once the returned goods are processed and approved, you'll receive a refund notification from us.
