1. Before shampooing, apply the product part by part.
2. Repeat to cover the entire scalp.
3. Massage gently with fingertips to distribute product evenly.
4. Leave on for 20 minutes and rinse.
5. Follow with your usual shampoo.
Application frequency: 2 to 3 times per week during flare-ups and 2 to 3 times per month for maintenance to prolong effectiveness.
