SERUM A-GLYCA
SERUM A-GLYCA is a serum that protects our proteins collagen and elastin from hardening and breaking down through glycation*. Extract from the beautiful mimosa flower protects and prevents the protein from being attacked. Carnosine helps to heal and release already affected tissue that is undergoing glycation.
*For our body to function optimally, energy is needed, which we find in glucose. However, high levels of glucose can mean that they are linked with protein molecules to make use of the excess energy. Once this happens, the phenomenon of glycation occurs, and the new cells are called AGEs (Advanced Glycation End products). When this molecule is created, the proteins elastin and collagen are attacked, which keep our skin resilient.
Remove the metal cap of the serum and apply the pipette. On cleansed skin, apply 10 drops over the face, neck and décolleté. Squeeze drops directly onto the skin or into the palm of your hand. Allow the serum to sink in before the next serum or cream application.
